Abstract

Health is wealth, regular exercise plays important role in keeping a person healthy. The postnatal period very sensitive period, many postnatal mothers avoid exercise during this period. It is anticipated that health education regarding postnatal exercise will result in beneficial outcomes for postnatal mothers. Postnatal exercise helps the mother to regain her pre-pregnant state.
