Abstract

In the present times, humans are increasingly suffering from mental health issues. While science has provided numerous comforts and conveniences to human life, it has also introduced significant mental challenges. Life today is far more stressful compared to earlier times. Modern medical practices and psychological methods, despite their combined efforts, have failed to effectively address these challenges. Physicians in nearly every country are continuously searching for solutions to these problems.
In this scenario, the "Science of Yoga" discovered by the sages of India is making a significant contribution. Modern physicians now acknowledge that where the limits of modern psychology end, the journey of yoga science begins. Therefore, it is not an exaggeration to refer to yoga as parapsychology, higher-level psychology, or spiritual psychology.
