Abstract

The paper aims at giving an insight into the concept of quality of work life the reason for its growing concern in the organization and the need of quality of work life. The study provides insight of all the factors affecting the quality of work life and also details the advantages of these factors to the organization and the employees. The next section presents the measures which will help the organization to improve the quality of work life. Along with the literature review to support the above points. The study also clarifies the picture of the quality of work life with the help of examples to understand the Indian scenario in terms of Quality of Work life. The last section throws light on the best practices to follow in the Indian scenario.
